I'm a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a B.A. in Communication, Summa Cum Laude. From the outskirts of Nashville I couldn’t imagine calling anywhere else home.
I fancy myself a freelance creator, loving all things in the media and the work behind it. Writing full-time for the past couple of years, I've fallen in love with all the wonderful people I've "e-met" along the way. From design blogs across the glode to creating a slogans for local realtors, I’m a wizard of words and offer social media consulting for some local businesses in my area. About Her Umbrella
I'm a writer with a lot of love for aesthetics. I love to dabble into any nook and cranny of the arts. I’m not saying I’m a pro or an expert, but I’m really good at inspiring. I love words, I love colors, I love stories and I love design. And I created Her Umbrella in 2011 to be my place to share it all.
This blog a collection of my life’s little decorations – whether it’s a love for sampling the world, fun beauty regimens, empty candy wrappers, books filled with scribbled ideas, outfit choices, thrifting adventures or party plans– they’ve all found a place underneath, adorning everyday with a little more sparkle. My focus here is to share my ways of decorating and cultivating a beautiful, eclectic life and chronicling a few past, present and future novellas.
